He usado poco este servicio pero siempre ha sido un trato muy bueno , amables , respetuosos entre otras muchas cualidades. Los coches limpios y sin olores raros . Desde que probé sus servicios me declaro cliente fiel de ellos .
Lo mejor estaba por venir: cuando regresamos, mi mujer echó una falta unas gafas de sol de marca, reportamos el problema por e-mail y tras las gestiones, nos comunican que el conductor de la mañana Miguel, las recogió y las entregó en su base donde contactamos y pudimos pasar a recogerlas, cosa que, desgraciadamente, no suele ser muy habitual, casi las dábamos por perdidas.
No puedo estar más en desacuerdo con las opiniones negativas. Llevo una semana utilizando sus servicios ya que voy en muletas y estoy encantado con el servicio que ofrecen.
Me deje una mochila con cosas importantes , de alto valor personal . El conductor rápidamente contactó conmigo y el próximo dia a primera hora me la devolvió intacta , muy amable y paciente . Estoy muy agradecido
